Developing Effective BSA Executives

As part of it’s mandate, CABS is required to provide valuable learning opportunities for it’s members, supplementing the theoretical education acquired in the classroom with practical concepts and tools to succeed as the leaders of member business student association executives.

Our Executive Development Program is the official leadership development program for business student associations and commerce society executive managers in Canada. It is an education system delivered primarily through the CABS Flagship Events, with additional learning provided through other mediums. Its linear curriculum is structured for participation along our members’ executives’ mandates, empowering them to develop the skills required to be successful leaders and change catalysts within their communities.

Step By Step

READY TO LEARN

At the beginning of the curriculum, our members start developing the general leadership tools they will require throughout their mandate. Strong competencies are developed in strategy, governance, recruiting, management, and execution.
