HOW TO APPLY:
To participate in the elections process, candidates must apply online to email@example.com to submit the following documents:
• Letter to the Board of Directors
• Biography and Qualifications
• Platform Document
• Letter(s) of Reference
Application documents for F2018 Management Team roles must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm PST on March 1st, 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org. Application documents will be sent to the F2018 Chair and Board of Directors for review to approve you as a candidate.
Candidates are expected to attend a Q & A session with the F2017 Board of Directors at Roundtable either in person or virtually (live phone or online via Google Hangout or Skype). Candidates will be informed of the Q & A date, time, and location by March 7th, 2017 at the latest.
The official election will be hosted at the Roundtable Annual General Meeting.
